Amazon S3 is a free addon powered by WPDigiPro plugin so, you don’t require any license key to use it.
Once the addon plugin is activated you’ll find Amazon S3 tab in settings area.
Go to Dashboard > WPDigiPro > Settings > Amazon S3.
Using this plugin, you can save your deliverables files directly to Amazon S3 while you upload them in WordPress media. Add the required parameters and you are ready to use it. Once the parameters are added click on Save Changes button. After that, click on Test Connection button to check the connection is successfully established or not.
Parameters for Amazon S3 Addon
After login click on your User Name and go to My Security Credentials. Access your Key ID and Secret key from Access Keys tab. If you haven’t created a key earlier then, create a new one. Once created a file will be downloaded where you’ll find both the required keys. Add your bucket name under the third required field and you have successfully configured the addon.
How can I find Bucket Name?
Once logged in to you Amazon S3 account. Go to Service > Storage > S3.
If you have not created a Bucket earlier then, click on Create bucket button to create a new bucket.
Common Installation Problem
“Are you sure you want to do this?”
If you get the “Are you sure you want to do this” message when installing any .zip file via WordPress, it means you have an upload file size limit. Install the plugin via FTP if this happens, or ask your hosting company to increase the limit.
